Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unopened and new in the sealed package.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at info@indigocharge.com and send your item to:187 Bd du Curé-Labelle, Sainte-Rose, QC, H7L 2Z9, Canada.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
CANCELLATION FEES
Canceling an appointment within less than 48 hours will result in the deposit not being refunded.
